We accept exchanges/returns on gently used but not damaged items within 30 calendar days postmarked after delivery of items. Refunded in the original method of payment. Returns of opened or gently used products will be subject to a $9.99 processing fee per item. Loomstead is not responsible for the cost of return postage. To process a return, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Return/Exchange Form.
